All of Red Ivie Hairdressing staff are highly trained qualified and apprentice hairdressers. Our staff continue to be educated and trained in all areas of hairdressing to maintain and develop there skills.

Bookings can be made via telephone or email (go to our contact page). To ensure you are able to book your requested day & time, we encourage clients to book in advance. We also are often able to accept bookings on the same day you would like a treatment.

To purchase a Gift Voucher you can Email, telephone or call into Red Ivie Hairdressing. We can post Gift Vouchers to you or directly to your recipient.

Cancellation Policy​

There are times when you need to cancel your appointment and we understand that occasionally it will be at late notice, please ensure to let us know as soon as possible so we may allocate your appointment to another client.

When possible please let us know 24 hours prior if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance to your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation payment.


Red Ivie is monitoring information regarding the COVID-19 virus and its development. We are operating business as normal and look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

We are taking high precautions to this matter. It is crucial for us to be able to keep a sterile work place. Between every single guest we have always disinfected our stations and chairs plus used fresh capes and towels. We can ensure you this standard will continue as well as we are implementing more ways to increase our sanitization and to continue to maintain a safe space at Red Ivie.

Our main priority is health! Health of our team, families and guests.

If you feel even the slightest flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone that is experiencing similar symptoms PLEASE reschedule.

If you have returned from international or domestic flights please don't visit Red Ivie until you have self-isolated for 14 days.

If you arrive to your appointment sick, we will kindly ask you to reschedule.

We ask that you regularly wash your hands while visiting us - we have a onsite bathroom.

Please understand if we need to reschedule your appointment as we are asking our team members with symptoms to stay home.

If and when the time comes that we need to take extra measures, we will do so in the most responsible way as advised by the right authorities.
