All of Red Ivie Hairdressing staff are highly trained qualified and apprentice hairdressers. Our staff continue to be educated and trained in all areas of hairdressing to maintain and develop there skills.

COVID-19 UPDATE ~ WE ARE BACK ~
Red Ivie is monitoring information regarding the COVID-19 virus and its development. Red Ivie re-opened our doors and are operating as close to normal as possible with the COVID-19 restrictions. Our main priority remains the same, Health!! Health of our team, families and our guests. While Red Ivie was closed over April, we took the time to reassess many aspects of the running's of Red Ivie we looked at what changes were needed to create a safer space for the Red Ivie family and Red Ivie clients.
Red Ivie will be operating a little differently to what we are all used to, so we ask for your patience through this uncertain time.
Our appointments are structured:
Mondays = ONE stylist and TWO clients
Tuesday through to Saturday's = ONE stylist and ONE client
This alteration to our appointment structure ensures we keep to the social distancing guidelines.
It is crucial for us to be able to keep a sterile work place, time has been allocated between appointments to ensure adequate sterilization of the salon and equipment between each client.
Our opening hours have been reduced we will be reflecting on this weekly so hours and appointments may change.
If you are sick or have been in contact with someone that is/or has been sick in the last 14 days please call us to reschedule. Your cooperation is appreciated for the safety of the Red Ivie family, their families and all of our clients. We have waived our cancellation fee during the COVID-19 pandemic so we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can fill your appointment. Non-arrivals to a confirmed appointments will still be liable for a non-arrival fee.
Please do not bring anyone along to your appointment (family/friends) as we can not accommodate them at this time.
All clients will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival, we no longer have magazines so we encourage all clients to bring their devices and login into our guest Wi-Fi.
These changes are temporary we will be reassessing weekly until we can be operating back to our normal capacity.
If you are in isolation and are in need of home haircare products we can help! Visit our online shop for any home haircare product you need to get you through, we have two options for you we can post your products to your home or you can the pick up option where we will arrange a safe no contact pick up time at Red Ivie. Behind the scenes we are working on salon improvements and safe working structures to better cater for our guests and to maintain the hygienic measures of COVID-19, so we can reopen soon!

Bookings can be made via telephone or email (go to our contact page). To ensure you are able to book your requested day & time, we encourage clients to book in advance. We also are often able to accept bookings on the same day you would like a treatment.
SMS Booking Appointment Confirmation
A confirmation SMS is sent out at 9am the day before as a reminder of your appointment. Please reply Yes to this message if you intend to keep your appointment, OR reply NO if you can no longer keep your appointment - preferably you could call to cancel your appointment and have it rescheduled. Any unconfirmed appointments will be called prior to business closure the day before to confirm the appointment.
There are times when you need to cancel your appointment and we understand that occasionally it will be at late notice, please ensure to let us know as soon as possible so we may allocate your appointment to another client.
When possible please let us know 24 hours prior if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance to your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation payment.
