ABOUT RED IVIE HAIRDRESSING
First established in January 2009 as a boutique hairdressing salon, Red Ivie Hairdressing has grown into a friendly, welcoming salon offering a range of professional hair services for ladies, men and children.
We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed salon experience where every client feels comfortable, valued and looked after. Red Ivie Hairdressing is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring we can welcome and cater to all of our clients.
OUR STYLIST LEVELS
At Red Ivie Hairdressing, we have a team of talented stylists at different stages of their hairdressing journey. Our pricing structure reflects the level of experience, training and time involved in your service.
Our Hair Artists are qualified stylists with extensive experience, ongoing education and a passion for creating personalised hair.
Our Emerging Stylists are apprentice hairdressers in their 3rd–4th year, continuing to build their skills and experience while working alongside our more experienced team members.
Our Rising Stars are 1st–2nd year apprentices who are developing their skills through hands-on salon experience and ongoing training. They offer a selection of services at a lower price point while continuing to learn and grow within our salon.
With three stylist levels to choose from, our menu offers different price points while maintaining the same Red Ivie commitment to quality, care and a great salon experience.
Bookings
Bookings can be made easily online, by telephone or email. Simply use our online booking system, give us a call or head to our Contact page to get in touch.
To ensure you get your preferred stylist, day and time, we recommend booking in advance. However, we often have appointments available for same-day bookings, so it’s always worth getting in touch to see what we have available.

SMS Booking Appointment Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation SMS at 9am the day before your appointment as a reminder.
Please reply YES to confirm you’ll be attending, or NO if you’re unable to make your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call the salon so we can assist you with finding another suitable appointment time.
If we haven’t received a response to your confirmation SMS, we’ll give you a call before the salon closes that day to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed, we often don't have enough time to offer that appointment to another client.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-show: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will always consider these on an individual basis.
Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure that we provide the best possible service to all our clients and respect everyone’s time, please be aware of Red Ivie Hairdressing’s policy for late arrivals.
If you arrive between 5-10 mins late, we will try to accommodate your appointment to the best of our ability. However, please be mindful that your service may need to be modified to fit in with the remaining time. This may mean a shorter or adjusted service to ensure we stay on schedule.
If you arrive more than 15 mins late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. We will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible, but please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your appointment on the same day.
If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible on 8724 7409. We may be able to adjust your appointment or make alternative arrangements.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our late arrival and cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide high-quality service and ensure that all clients have a positive experience at Red Ivie Hairdressing.
