Hello Rachel
We’re excited to welcome Rachel to the Red Ivie team as our newest Salon Assistant. Rachel is also beginning her Certificate III in Retail, bringing her passion for organisation, customer service, and helping people into the salon.
She’ll be supporting our clients with all their retail needs while keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes. Her friendly nature and focus on creating a great experience make her a wonderful addition to our team.

My Story
I’ve always loved being organised and helping people, so stepping into the role of Salon Assistant feels like the perfect fit for me. I enjoy creating a smooth, welcoming environment where both clients and stylists feel supported.
Certificate III in Retail, I’m excited to bring my customer service skills into the salon—whether that’s helping clients feel comfortable, keeping the space running efficiently, or being that reliable, organised person the team can count on.
I’m looking forward to growing, learning, and being part of a salon that values great service, teamwork, and making every client’s experience a positive one.
