COVID-19 UPDATE 

20/04/2022 - As from Friday 15th April our clients are no longer required to Covid Check In or required to wear a mask. It is up to the individual if you would like to continue to do so, we will not be offended. Our staff will however continue to wear masks as keeping our community safe is our top priority and we still ask you to sanitise your hands upon arrival and when seated at your station.​

Pleas continue to reschedule your appointment if 

- are feeling unwell in anyway

- are waiting on covid test results

- have been in close contact to someone whom has tested positive or is waiting for results of a covid test.

- please remain mindful in notifying us if you cannot make your appointment as our Non Attendance  and Cancellation Policy remains in place.

Our staff will also continue to remain at home should they feel unwell.

23/02/2022 - As we are providing a Personal Care service you are still required to check in using your Covid app with the QR Code provided.

At this time we understand that there will be times that you need to reschedule your appointments, we do hope you understand that our Non-Attendance policy remains in place and that you give us as much notice as possible, so someone else on our waiting list may benefit from that appointment time.

19/01/2022 - Due to the increasing number of Covid 19 cases in the Limestone Coast we ask you to please be vigilant in regards to our covid policies and procedures. Red Ivie Hairdressing are constantly finding ways to keep your family, the community and our staff safe during this time and to remain open.

Please reschedule your appointment if you 

- are feeling unwell in anyway

- are waiting on covid test results

- have been in close contact to someone whom has tested positive or is waiting for results of a covid test.

When attending your appointment we ask you to 

- wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth ( a mask exemption will need to be shown if required)

- QR code or sign in manually upon arrival

- sanitise your hands upon entry and prior to seating at a styling station.

- attend your appointment alone as with the government regulations we cannot accommodate additional guests

Please do not take offense if we ask you to leave your mask on whilst we cut, colour or style your hair. If you are having a colour we would suggest wearing a disposable mask.

Red Ivie Hairdressing is continually updating our information and adhering to all the guidelines so we can remain open and stay healthy.

 

 

28/07/2021 - Currently with the new restrictions in place by our local government we are asking all clients wear a mask and continue to check in via the COVID-Safe app when entering the salon (clients may remove their mask for Shampooing/Colouring/Cutting)

 

Please do not bring anyone along to your appointment (family/friends) as we can not accommodate them at this time.

 

All clients will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival, we no longer have magazines so we encourage all clients to bring their devices and login into our free WIFI. 

Red Ivie Hairdressing is monitoring information regarding the COVID-19 virus and its development. Our main priority remains the same, Health!! Health of our team, their families, our clients and the community.

All our staff have completed the Infection Control Training and Covid Marshal training.

It is crucial for us to be able to keep a sterile work place, time has been allocated between appointments to ensure adequate sterilization of the salon and equipment between each client. To maintain our Government compliance obligations: All client's are required to check in upon entry using our QR code or manually checking in provided at our front counter. We require all clients to wash their hands before beginning any in-salon services and hand sanitiser is available for clients wishing to purchase retail or make appointments.

If you are sick or have been in contact with someone that is/or has been sick in the last 14 days please call us to reschedule. Your cooperation is appreciated for the safety of the Red Ivie family, their families and all of our clients. We have waived our cancellation fee during the COVID-19 pandemic so we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can fill your appointment. Non-arrivals to a confirmed appointments will still be liable for a non-arrival fee.

If you are in isolation and are in need of home haircare products we can help! We have two options available for you we can post your products to your home or you can use the pick up option where we will arrange a safe no contact pick up time at Red Ivie. Product purchases can also be ordered through inbox on our Facebook page RED IVIE
